Violations

Permit Manager allows the user to track and report an unlimited number of Violations. Violations are created from and associated with a particular property. A list of Violations, which may be sorted by Type and Status, allows the user to readily edit any violation record. Any number of inspections may also be added to a particular violation record.

A tickle report shows all "Open" Violations which are to be acted on within any given time period. A report of all violations associated with a particular property is generated from the Property dialog. A report of all violation activity may be created from the "Main Menu", "Permit / Fee Reports by Date".

Permit Manager's Palm Pilot support automatically creates a mobile version of "Open" Violations to be carried in the field. Schedule your Violation inspections and input them to your Palm Date Book automatically. Input the Inspection results on your Handheld and the Permit Manager data is updated automatically through the Palm HotSync cradle.
