Parcel Map performs as a standalone application or integrates seamlessly with Permit Manager. When integrated with Permit Manager the user can select the "GIS Map" menu command with a Property or Permit window open, Parcel Map then opens and automatically zooms to the associated property. The user may also automatically open the Property record in Permit Manager from a selected Property in Parcel Map. |

Parcel Map utilizes GIS data in industry standard "ESRI Shapefile" format. Supported Image formats: tif, jpg, bmp, sid. Supported CAD file formats: dxf and AutoCAD dwg. Microsoft® Word 97+ is required for mail merge functions.
TopThe familiar Microsoft Office style menu and interface is very intuitive and first time users have found the application to be arranged in an understandable and logical manner. The application contains an indexed help file which is accessed by selecting the F1 key at any point within the application. The Help file will open to the section pertaining to the current application action. Free phone support is provided for 30 days. The application is ready to run out of the box. (The end user must obtain the GIS data, *.shp files with their accompanying *.dbf and index files, through their county mapping office or other sources. Please check for the availability of the data)
