License

	License Agreement: In consideration of the purchase price: CS-Graphx grants a non-exclusive license to the licensed governmental body the right to use this Software Product and related documentation on up to and including fifteen (15) computer workstations with the data file on a network server. You may not reverse engineer, change or otherwise alter any part of the software without prior written permission from the author. You may not produce and distribute in any way, a derived software product that may, directly or indirectly, compete with this software without prior written permission from the author.
	Limited Warranty: Licensor warrants for a period of 90 days from the date of commencement of this License Agreement, date of delivery (referred to as the "Warranty Period") that the Program Media in which the Software Product is contained are free from defects in material and workmanship. Licensor further warrants that during the Warranty Period the Software Product shall operate substantially in accordance with the functional specifications as outlined by written material accompanying it and that any Support Services provided by CS-Graphx shall be substantially as described in applicable written materials provided to you by CS-Graphx. If during the Warranty Period, a material defect in the Software appears, you may return the Software Product to Licensor for either replacement, or if so elected by Licensor, refund of amounts paid by you under this License Agreement. You agree that the foregoing constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for breach by Licensor of any warranties made under this Agreement.
	Except for the warranty as set forth above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS-Graphx disclaims all other warranties and conditions, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement with regard to the Software Product and the provision of or failure to provide Support Services.
	*Limitation of Liability:* Licensor's cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid to Licensor for the use of the Software Product. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including any lost data, lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this Software Product, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All Names, Copyrights and Trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Permit Manager

	License Agreement: In consideration of the purchase price: When purchased as an optional module with Permit Manager, CS-Graphx grants a non-exclusive license to the licensed user the right to use this software program and related documentation on up to and including fifteen (15) computers. When purchased separately as a stand-alone application, CS-Graphx grants a non-exclusive license to the end user the right to use this Software Product and related documentation on (1) computer workstation with the data file on a network server. You may not reverse engineer, change or otherwise alter any part of the software without prior written permission from the author. You may not produce and distribute in any way, a derived software product that may, directly or indirectly, compete with this software without prior written permission from the author.
	Limited Warranty: Licensor warrants for a period of 30 days from the date of commencement of this License Agreement, date of delivery (referred to as the "Warranty Period") that the Program Media in which the Software Product is contained are free from defects in material and workmanship. Licensor further warrants that during the Warranty Period the Software Product shall operate substantially in accordance with the functional specifications as outlined by written material accompanying it and that any Support Services provided by CS-Graphx shall be substantially as described in applicable written materials provided to you by CS-Graphx.
